On Monday night, August 25 from 6:30 – 8:30, there will be a shirt fitting night at Evolution Fitness located near the Bog next to Goodrich Lumber. Rockland Athletics will have green game jerseys and light weight practice jerseys available and will be able to add your name and number while you wait.

This does not include Cross Ice jerseys as they will be distributed when the teams have been assigned.

The DYH Learn to Skate program will start 9/6 at Armstrong Arena in Plymouth.  It will be run for 8 Saturdays in a row at 12 noon.  Classes run for 50 minutes.  Register online here on the DYH website.  Cost is $90.

Cross Ice 2 will begin Saturday October 4th at 1:20 pm and will continue each Saturday and Sunday until the spring.  The Sunday hour will be at 10:30 am.  There will also be a powerskate hour run once a week by the coaches.  This hour will likely be between 4 and 5 pm on Wednesdays and will alternate between The Bog and Plymouth.

Cross Ice 1 will begin Saturday October 18th at 12:20 pm and continue each Saturday and Sunday until the spring.  The Sunday hour will be at 11:30 am.
